Richard M. Kim, CPA
Richard has more than twenty years of public accounting and finance experience, and has worked with hundreds of clients ranging from local households to global corporations. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration, both from the University of Southern California. Richard has been teaching Finance and Accounting at the undergraduate and graduate levels since 2011. He brings real-world work experiences into the classroom and loves to inspire others through teaching. Richard takes pride in his clients' success, and strives to build long-term partnerships.

Charles Morris, CPA, PFS
Chuck has been a practicing CPA since 1986. Chuck specializes in business and individual tax consulting. He is the father of three children and a resident of San Clemente. Chuck has spent 25 years as treasurer for the Fullerton Museum Center. He has a strong passion for golf & skiing and when time permits, he enjoys traveling the world and documenting it through his love of photography. Chuck Morris also has a 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo.

The PFS Credential, established in 1987 by the AICPA, is granted to qualified CPAs with considerable professional experience in financial planning. Currently, several thousand CPAs hold the PFS Credential nationwide. CPA/PFS Credential holders are ranked among the most qualified financial planners in the marketplace, and many are listed as top financial planners in Worth’s annual ranking.

Ray A. Nakatani, EA
Ray A. Nakatani was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. He received his degree in Political Science from UCLA and became a CPA in 1973. He was employed at a CPA firm in Los Angeles until 1978 when he became a Real Estate Broker and a partner in a Real Estate and Property Management company. In the 1980s and 1990s he also was a licensed Life Insurance agent, possessed a Securities License and became a CFP. He opened his own CPA practice in 1986. He has been a runner for the last 50 years and has completed 5 marathons. Ray was a Sunday School teacher for 25 years and coached youth baseball and basketball at his church.
