Once Kiki figured out her contribution to the town, she worked hard at spreading the word of her delivery services and made sure to inform others that no m atter the item, as long as she can hold it while her and Jiji fly, she'll be able to deliver it. What started from one customer, turned into something much bigger and she was left to servicing and providing her gift to all citizens in the small town of Karikiya.
One of Kiki's first successful deliveries that she completed was delivering a gift for a child's birthday from the childs family in town. The gift was a plush black cat, an identical one of her little Jiji, inside a golden cage. However, after a vicious bird attack on the way to delivering the gift, Kiki sadly lost the plush cat. She came up with the idea of using Jiji as a replacement until she is able to find the gift she had lost. After many trials and errors and meeting helpful friends along the way, she was able to retrieve the plush kitty and return it back to its cage before the customer noticed.
The second successful delivery run Kiki has done is delivering a baked dish for a grandmothers grandchild. This dish and gift though much smaller than the last and easier to transport, has it's own troubles because of the storm that blew through while Kiki was delivering. As a witch unable to fly during storms, she had to deliver the package on foot which had taken a lot longer than originally planned. Despite the storm, the dish was delivered and the grandmother compensated Kiki immensely for her hardwork.
Lastly, after many hard deliveries and struggles that made it extremely hard for her to deliver, Kiki took her experience and has gained a better knowledge and understanding on how to successfully deliver goods to people in town. This responsibility of delivering a cake tom a customer by the woman who was one of Kiki's first customers and employer, was one of the many deliveries Kiki has done with no struggle or problems. Kiki is now one of the nost trusted delivery witches in town and is loved by many of the citizens living there today.
