Rosa Maria’s began as a small family kitchen, where our founder, Rosa, would prepare meals for her loved ones using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques learned from her abuela. What started as family gatherings soon blossomed into a community favorite, with friends and neighbors eager to experience the warmth and flavor of Rosa’s cooking.
